We have knowledge and experience of importing into most African countries and have formed a close working relationship with clearing and transport companies in the countries where we operate.

We are able to offer a complete range of chemicals and have been awarded contracts by a number of mines to supply all their consumables during commissioning and the early stages of operation. This is because of our experience and track record in supply of mines in difficult to access areas of the African continent. Our commitment is demonstrated by the fact that we have invested in warehousing and other services in a number of African countries.

In the West Africa, we supply our products to Ghana, Cote D’Ivoire, Burkina Faso, Guinea, Mali, Senegal, Liberia, Mauritania, Nigeria and Sierra Leone. We have commissioned a bonded warehousing complex in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso where we have the capability to deliver reagents to the West African region. At this warehouse we have installed an incinerator that is approved by the Environmental Protection Agencies (EPA) for the destruction of sodium cyanide packaging.

We also established another warehouse in Cote D’Ivoire with local partners to service the growing market in this region. This enables us to offer a full supply chain solution, including customs clearing.

In East Africa we have established warehouses in Kenya and Tanzania to distribute to mines in these countries and neighbouring countries. We also supply directly to Eritrea and Ethiopia.

In the Southern Africa, we have a distribution centre in Zimbabwe and associates in Namibia and South Africa which we can service majority of the Southern African countries.

From July 1st, 2022, CARMEUSE will manage Nowata's to Port supply chain, allowing Nowata to focus on building its in-country (local) empowered partnerships in Zimbabwe, Namibia, South Africa, Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Burkina Faso and Côte d'Ivoire. This will allow Nowata to get closer to and better serve its African client base. Additionally, CARMEUSE will facilitate access to additional markets in Ghana, Mauritania, Senegal, Zambia and the DRC.
